Young People’s Workshop: Film, Art, Action

Aged 13-18? Come and explore art in film by delving into the moving image archives at The Box! Go behind the scenes in this special workshop and discover original film materials, archive footage and more – all of which show how filmmakers have experimented over time. Using 'The Way We Live', a 1946 film by one of Britain's earliest female documentary makers, Jill Craigie, as inspiration, you’ll design protest banners and then use them to create a bit of your own history on The Box’s pop-up green screen.
