About Beyond Face
Beyond Face is a South West based theatre company founded in 2015 by Alix Harris. Beyond Face exists to work with local global majority artists, young people and regional voices across the region, providing them with a variety of opportunities to develop their craft and share their work with live audiences. Beyond Face also creates its own productions that explore contemporary themes and issues, alongside playing with different genres and forms.
Our values are at the core of our four strands of work, the conversations we engage in and the way we operate as a team. They are Community, Joy, Care, Quality and Representation.
Plymouth Community History Festival 2025 has been organised by WonderZoo, The Box Plymouth, Beyond Face - Theatre Company and Plymouth Walks With History. It's funded by Plymouth Octopus - POP and the Tamar Valley National Landscape Tamara Landscape Partnership.
